Building land with sea-view

 In spatial plan proposition the location is intended for health-recreational tourism.
Island of Hvar is declared as one of the 10 most beautiful islands in the world, which gives a special attention and value for this project.
Function of so built area is much wider than the usual apartment or hotel village, because there is a possibility of whole year use, with the usual tourist offer in summer period. Island Hvar is the sunniest island in the Adriatic sea.
There is also an interest expressed for village tourism so in the spatial planning elaboration, it would be possible and recommended to integrate this offer option. In Europe, something like this, already exists, it’s a reality because the exploitation of the existing capacities, that fulfill the requirements is much bigger.
The road widening towards to the eastern part of the island, starts in the beginning of the year 2008. and a central plumbing construction is also foreseen. Electro-energetic situation is following: the main 10 KV trunk, towards eastern part of the island, crosses the lot so this infrastructure need is also fulfilled.
