Stone house with bar and restaurant

Two restored stone houses in the Old City in use as a good running restaurant and cocktail-bar with a small apartment, 50 yards from the sea.

The ground floor of the stone building of approximately 90m2 is a restaurant consisting of the open kitchen, and with seats for guests.
On the first floor are also tables and chairs for guests.
The third floor serves as a small attic apartment.

The stone house of approximately 80m2 is used as a cocktail bar.
On the ground floor is the bar, a few seats and toilets for ladies and gentlemen.
In the next floor attic are also some seats with a terrace.

The entire inventory is antique.
